Robert moved to town in 1997 after serving in the US Army and as an engineer for the US Postal Service. All his free time was spent doing what he truly enjoyed. Working on home improvement projects and helping others. He began doing this for his neighbors, family and ultimately going on to manage his own rental properties. A true “jack of all trades”. Major undertakings such as installing a pool or cleaning out a neighbor’s entire home so they could list their property. All the way down to replacing a missing screw here and there. All that know him, know that if they ask, he will come right over and lend a hand.
In 2017, he formed Atlas Premiere Property Services. He didn’t want to narrow down the scope of his business to a single service. Rather he wanted to offer his customers a service to encompass all aspects of ongoing home care and preventative maintenance.
In 1996, Candace moved to Brunswick County from the DC area. She landed in real estate marketing in early 1998 and worked for years at onsite sales offices such as Ocean Ridge Plantation, Sea Trail and Sandpiper Bay. She went on to become a licensed broker and Relocation Director for a national franchise and then on to work with a private brokerage. She built many friendships in the real estate world and assist with property marketing still to this day. Candace has an established 20 year track record in the Brunswick County real estate world.
While in real estate, she made friends with many buyers and sellers. She saw clients struggle to manage life after the death of a spouse or an illness. During those times she began to provide care for her client’s homes when they couldn’t. She became a resource that they could trust and provided an on-call service as well.
